Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 4–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above [insert amount, e.g. Rs 3,000]
• A flat delivery fee applies to orders below this amount

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can track your shipment in real time.

Payment Options
We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online prepaid payment for all orders across Pakistan.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately for a replacement.
